Get Your Aggie Card

EAP students cannot upload pictures prior to arrival.  Please go directly to the Aggie Card Office at 253 Memorial Union to get your card.  Plan to pick up your University ID (Aggie Card) prior to orientation for faster check-in.

When to Arrive

All students coming to the U.S. to study on an I-20 or DS-2019 can enter the United States up to 30 days before the program start date listed on these documents. We strongly recommend that students take advantage of this early arrival option to have enough time to recover from jetlag, become familiar with the campus and community, and finalize housing before attending mandatory SISS Orientation.

If you are having trouble finding housing during the SISS Orientation dates, contact SISS for information on how you can secure TEMPORARY housing for yourself.
