Join SISS advisors for an update and Q&A session about the recently published final rule that replaces duration of status, titled Establishing a Fixed Time Period of Admission and an Extension of Stay (EOS) Procedure for Nonimmigrant Academic Students, Exchange Visitors, and Representatives of Foreign Information Media. This final rule will affect current and incoming F and J students, scholars, and exchange visitors, as well as the UC Davis departments that support them.
During this webinar, SISS advisors will provide an update on what we currently know about the final rule, explain its potential impact on the UC Davis international community, and answer your questions. We will also discuss what academic departments should know at this stage and share the most current information available as we continue to analyze the rule and receive additional guidance.
