Processing times:
- Four (4) weeks for an initial I-20 or DS-2019 for a newly admitted freshman or transfer students
- Two (2) weeks for all other requests
The SISS student team will do their best to process your request in a timely manner. However, submitting your request inside the processing time may result in a benefit denial.

Name of Form Description Revised Download Adding Dependents All students use this form to notify SISS of the need to issue documents for their F-2/J-2 dependents. 1 03/2017 iGlobal Change of Address Students use this form to report a change of address. This cannot be a campus department address or PO Box. It must be where the student is physically living. New addresses must be reported within 10 days. 5/2024 iGlobal Change of Degree Level All students must use this form to notify SISS of a change of degree level (i.e. moving from a Bachelor to Master, Master to Doctoral, or Doctoral to Masters) and receive a new I-20/DS-2019. 1 06/2017 iGlobal Change of Major All students use this form to notify SISS of a change of major and receive a new I-20/DS-2019. 1 03/2017 iGlobal Education Verification If you are renewing your F-1 or J-1 visa, or otherwise need a letter to confirm your student status or your enrollment status, you should submit a Request for Education Verification from the Office of the Registrar.
*If you are a graduate student in Filing Fee status, you will need to contact the appropriate Student Affairs Officer at the Office of Graduate Studies before you can request a Letter of Certification.12/2017 Education Verification Reduced Courseload (RCL) Forms Use the RCL forms to request authorization for a reduced courseload for immigration purposes. 1 Student fees are adjusted through completion of the Registrar’s Part Time Status form. 05/2024 iGlobal Financial Information Update All students use this form to update their financial information or funding source. 1 03/2017 iGlobal Program Extension Form All students use this form to request an extension of their academic program and receive a new I-20/DS-2019. 05/2024 iGlobal Replacement of I-20/DS-2019 All students use this form to replace an I-20/DS-2019. 02/2017 iGlobal Transfer Out Students use this form to request a SEVIS transfer to attend a different school. 03/2016 iGlobal Travel General information about traveling and renewing the U.S. visa 03/2024 Travel Resources 1.
