Join SISS advisors for an update and Q&A session about the recently published final rule that replaces duration of status, titled Establishing a Fixed Time Period of Admission and an Extension of Stay (EOS) Procedure for Nonimmigrant Academic Students, Exchange Visitors, and Representatives of Foreign Information Media. This final rule will affect current and incoming students on F and J visas.
