Incoming students must complete the e-form request form for an I-20 or DS-2019 document. You will request an I-20 if you plan to be an F-1 student or a DS-2019 if you plan to be a J-1 student. You will find these e-forms form under the Admitted New Student drop down menu in iGlobal.
