Travel for international students, scholars and dependents may require specific types of documentation, signatures and visa statuses or renewals.
Travel reminder: If you plan to travel internationally, carry your immigration documents in your carry‑on (not checked luggage) and confirm they are valid/unexpired before departing and before returning. If you experience issues while traveling or re-entering the U.S., contact SISS for guidance.

Dependent Visa Information
SISS serves international scholars and their family members from nearly 100 countries, including short-term visiting scholars, postdoctoral scholars, and full-time career researchers and faculty.
