Office Hours

Regular Hours 

SISS is open for paperwork drop-off and pick-up Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m., except for university holidays.

Please be aware: At this time, we are receiving many more emails than usual, so replies may take 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Office Closures

SISS is closed on weekends, university holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year. All holidays are listed on the campus Academic and Administrative Calendar. 

SISS closes at 2 p.m. on the business day before the start of a long weekend or holiday. Please plan ahead for SISS services and staff to end the workday early on these days. 

Winter Break

During Winter Break, advisors work remotely and are available for virtual or phone appointments. The International Center building closes during the break.

In-Person Appointments* (for students only) 

Student advisors offer in-person advising by appointment only. Students can contact their advisors to set up advising appointments. We do not offer drop-in advising.

Virtual Appointments (for students and scholars)

Virtual appointments are available by appointment only, Mondays through Fridays. Students and scholars can contact their SISS advisor to schedule a virtual Zoom advising appointment.
