Overview

Transfer for orientation for international students will occur on campus between August 5 – 13, 2019. Please review the UC Davis Orientation webpage for more details.

There will also be a mandatory online component for international students which can be accessed through your individual iGlobal account starting August 1, 2019. International transfer students will receive an email with a link to the online module.

When to Arrive

All students coming to the U.S. to study on an I-20 or DS-2019 can enter the United States up to 30 days before the program start date listed on these documents. We strongly recommend that students take advantage of this early arrival option to have enough time to recover from jet lag, become familiar with the campus and community, and finalize housing before beginning classes.
